By submitting a Pull Request to the Coeus repository, you agree to the terms of this Contributor License Agreement ("CLA").

## 1. Definitions

"Contribution" means any work of authorship, including the original version of any code, documentation, configuration, or other material that you submit to the Project.

"You" (or "Your") means the individual or legal entity making a Contribution.

## 2. Copyright Grant

Subject to the terms of this CLA, You hereby grant to the Licensor and to recipients of software distributed by the Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.

## 3. Patent Grant

Subject to the terms of this CLA, You hereby grant to the Licensor and to recipients of software distributed by the Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Project, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by You that are necessarily infringed by Your Contribution alone or by combination of Your Contribution with the Project.

## 4. Representations

You represent that:

- You are legally entitled to grant the above licenses.
- Each of Your Contributions is Your original creation, or You have sufficient rights to submit the Contribution under the terms of this CLA.
- Your Contribution does not knowingly include any third-party material that would conflict with the Project's license.
- You are not aware of any pending or threatened claims that would affect the rights granted herein.

## 5. Dual Licensing

You acknowledge that the Licensor may license the Project under terms other than the Business Source License 1.1, including commercial licenses. This CLA enables the Licensor to do so without further consent from You.

## 6. No Obligation

You acknowledge that the Licensor is under no obligation to accept Your Contribution or to incorporate it into the Project.

## 7. Governing Law

This CLA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

## How to Sign

This project uses **CLA Assistant** for electronic CLA signing. When you open a Pull Request, a bot will comment with instructions to sign the CLA. You must sign before your PR can be merged.
